Our Acorn Nursery
Braywood School has recently opened a Nursery offering an excellent pre-school experience for children who are in the academic year before they start school. We can offer a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment for 3 to 4 year old children with the added advantage of being part of a school environment where the children are taught by an experienced teacher. We are a very small nursery only offering 16 places.
Our timings and costs are as follows
- A whole day session from 8.45am - 3.15pm of 6 1⁄2 hours for £45.50
- A half – day session from 8.45am – 11.45am of 3 hours for £21.
We are able to offer an education to give the children the very best start for school. We have a beautiful school environment set in fields where children can explore plenty of outdoor learning in our 'Secret Garden/Forest area'. Our staff are experienced teachers who can offer learning opportunities that can challenge, inspire and extend children's learning. Every child is a special individual and as such is supported by individual learning outcomes that supports every child's own interests and needs. Our trained, nurturing staff offer well-planned activities throughout the day to give scope for adventurous and imaginative play and learning.
We have flexible hours to support our working parents. We work closely with all our parents to ensure a mutual relationship for the benefit our children. Every child has a key worker to monitor the individual child's development, share learning progress and discuss any concerns. Our aim is to provide the best possible start for all children.
