7th April 2022
Please remember that all pupils are to be collected from Bray Church tomorrow at 2pm except our Little Acorns who can be collected from school at 1pm. Everyone is welcome to our Easter Service which starts at 1.30pm.
The Year 1 did really well at the recent Dance Show. Well done to all the staff in this year group that worked hard choreographing the dance. The performance will be videoed and circulated.
I would like to mention that the Year 3 and 4 pupils are performing a summer concert called "Olivia' on the evenings of July 13th and 14th and we be singing at the Hexagon on the evening of 16th June. The tickets for the Hexagon are not on sale yet. Tickets for our production of 'Olivia' at the Old Court theatre in Windsor will go on sale on Monday 25th April. Performing in front of an audience helps develop character, resilience and a sense of pride. The children are going to have to work hard to learn the songs but many of the Hexagon songs are ones they already know such as ‘Under the sea’ from The Little Mermaid.
We appreciate that this means buying two lots of tickets, but we know the children are going to really enjoy these two amazing opportunities! Please note that all the money raised from our summer production will go towards our school funds and pay for staging equipment in the Church House
Thank you to the PTA for organising an Easter Egg Raffle. Everyone is a winner as they will all be bringing an egg home today.
Just a reminder that after the Easter break that our Parent/Teacher/Pupils Consultations take place from Monday to Wednesday. These appointments are face to face to discuss your child's progress.
Attached is an Easter activity opportunity and below is a link to all the free activities available to pupil premium children. There is also £5 voucher which can be used towards new uniform from Schools Direct.
The online link https://rbwm.afcinfo.org.uk/pages/community-information/information-and-advice/fuel-holiday-activities-and-food-programme/fuel-providers provides further information and the velvet booking links.
We all wish you a lovely Easter break and look forward to seeing you back at school on Monday 25th April at 8.45am.
All staff at Braywood.
